There is ample parking, and an elevator is available for your convenience. Please Note: •A card is required on file to secure your booking. You won’t be charged until your service is completed unless a deposit is required for specific services or a cancellation policy is violated. •All new guests seeking chemical treatments or extensions must schedule a consultation. This ensures we're aligned on expectations and guarantees your satisfaction. Current guests seeking a change must also book a consultation to ensure we achieve the look you desire. •If you haven't visited the salon in over 6 months, you are considered a new guest and must schedule a consultation before booking any lightening services. Failure to do so will result in a canceled appointment. •Life happens! Please review the cancellation policy, and don’t hesitate to contact me if anything comes up. •If you’re experiencing trouble with booking, don’t see your desired service, or have any questions, please reach out, happy to help. •Refunds are not issued for services rendered. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact me within three days, and we’ll work together to resolve it. Cancellation Policy

When you forget to cancel your appointment without enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. At HXJ we understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify at least 24 hours in advance via text message or responding to your confirmation notice. No-shows or cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a 20% charge of the scheduled service. Repeat no-shows may result in having to prepay for services or may be unable to book future services. If you’re more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule the appointment or be marked as a no-show. We recognize emergencies and special circumstances can occur. Exceptions are made at our discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the HXJ cancellation policy. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we strive to provide the best possible service to everyone.
